Hello, my name is Evan Malone. I have a love of food, especially grilled food. It is not just the food itself, but the entire event, from the buying of the meat at the grocery store, to the first beverage, to the last bite. Grilling is an experience to be savored.

My love of grilling started years ago with my first grill. From there I started making all my own bar-b-que sauces and dry rubs for ribs and boston butts. My interest in grilling has grown from a hobby into a passion.

Evan's Spices was created originally for ribs. One Christmas I was trying to decide what to give to my customers (for my other business). I packaged up my custom spice blend and gave it out as gifts. I had so many people come back and ask for it that I started giving it to anyone and everyone who would take it. From there a family friend who owned a business started doing the same thing and handing them out as Promo items and rest is history. It is very humbling to hear someone tell me how much they enjoy using my spice blend. Evans Spices has transformed into an all purpose grilling spice that can be used for chicken, beef or pork (and more!).
